Okay, here are a few links to sites that I personally like.  They range from professional to personal, large to small, but the one thing they all have in common is their theme:  Stargate SG-1.

Beside the link to each site, you’ll find a very brief description of what you should expect to find there.  Links go in alphabetical order so that no one can accuse me of favoritism.  Enjoy!

Biltong’s African Stargate

This site is a personal homepage, but one I think is fairly well-done.  It has an extensive fanfiction archive of the author’s personal fanfics, which I like.  The only bad thing is that it isn’t updated very often.

Bisq’s Glyph Guide

This site is also a personal page.  The Stargate part of this website hosts, among other things, an interactive DHD (really cool for a non-professional site) and the author’s own fanfics.

Blue Topaz’s Fic Page

Yet another personal site.  It’s a single page of fanfics written by the author of the page, centering mainly around the relationship (ahem) between Jack O’Neill and Samantha Carter.

Carter’s Lab

It’s a personal site, but it looks more professional than most of them (including this one).  Hosts fanfics by the author, a ’gate that actually dials addresses (though I’m not sure how many), and more.

Chez Corine

Another personal site.  Hosts lots of Stargate goodies, including fanfics by the author, music videos, and posters.

Jackfic.com

This is a site dedicated to the wonderful Jack O’Neill.  Some of the stuff it hosts include an extensive fanfiction archive, seasons 1-7 transcripts, art, photos, and more.

O’Neill’s House

Personal website dedicated to the one and only Jack O’Neill.  Hosts lots of fanfics by the author, mainly centering around O’Neill.

Richard Dean Anderson Web Site

Well, it certainly looks professional.  Provides much information on the man who plays our favorite colonel, and hosts a database that includes some good reference material for the show.

Stargatefan.com

Very cool banners and set-up.  Hosts, among other things, very extensive fanfiction archive, multimedia stuff, and other fun stuff.

Stargate Novel Archive

Lots of long fanfics.  Save for a rainy day.  The fics are long, but trust me – they’re worth it.

Stargate SG-1 Information Archive

Professional site that is exactly what its title implies:  an archive of information for the show.  Includes news, a store where you can buy Stargate merchandise, and comprehensive information pages on both Stargate SG-1 and Stargate Atlantis.

Stargate SG-1 Solutions

Professional site containing much in the way of news, interviews, and episode resources.  Focuses on the character Daniel Jackson and the actor who plays him, Michael Shanks.

Okay, I have one more link that doesn’t really have anything to do with Stargate, but I’ve decided to put it on here anyway.

SETI@home:  Search for Extra-Terrestrial Intelligence at home

Yes, this is something I do.  If you want to use your computer’s extra power to do something productive, try this.  It’s easy, and it’d be cool if you actually found E.T. (Even though the chances of that happening is, “to use exactly the right word, astronomical!”  Okay, so maybe I have been watching too much Stargate.  So sue me.)
